Use these to keep track of issues in your workplace. Simply use a dry wipe marker to record the date, who is in charge of the issue, the issue itself and the action to be taken to solve the issue. These labels can then placed on a central whiteboard and be continually reviewed until the problem is solved.
The progress of the issue can be visually tracked using the 3 circles at the bottom of the label by colouring in as they progress. The first stage would be red for issue raised, second would be amber for in progress and the third would be green for completed. Once the issue has been completed these tags can be reused once the dry wipe ink has been removed.
