Energy Recycling is driven to secure a sustainable future for all by leveraging experience across future-critical sectors and modern, scalable technologies, we are advancing sustainability agendas for companies, cities and governments through processing industrial sidestreams from the food and beverage industries. Our input contains dairy & juice waste, vegetables, fruits and grains from the food production and agricultural refining. These animal feed quality sidestreams can be converted by ER professionals into richer feed ingredients.
One of our main focus is to raise awareness to the ecological responsibility that every food & beverage stakeholder shares. We offer guidance for our partners in order to increase efficiency and sustainability in their business.
There are two major challenges that the globe is facing currently. Firstly, a growing human population continues to contribute to the increased food demand from food and beverage industries. Secondly, the volume of organic waste produced from those industries will threaten human health and the quality of the environment. Recently, there is an increasing number of efforts placed into farming insect biomass to produce alternative feed ingredients. Black soldier fly larvae (BSFL), Hermetia illucens have proven to convert organic waste into high-quality nutrients for pet foods, fish and poultry feeds, as well as residue fertilizer for soil amendment.

The sidestreams that retrieved in the up-cycling process we supply it as a feed to mini-livestock farms. Insects their body mass decomposing any organics. Insect derived nutrients open new horizons in the global sustainability business.
We produce feed oil and protein meal by processing the black soldier fly larvae. These are high quality feed ingredients that can be fed with fish, cows, poultry and as petfood. The castings of the larvae is sold as organic fertilizer.
Insect farming has been realized worldwide with a variety of technological level. Energy recycling aims to be a pioneer in implementing the newest innovations in order to create a sustainable future for food and beverage industry.
