1. Executive Summary
Global Lean Industry 4.0 (gLi) is pleased to present this proposal to CANPACK (CP) for LeanGo CIL solution as a part of the dynamic Lean Industry 4.0 platform, which has been designed to achieve Operational Excellence and increased efficiency through restoring machine basic condition and continuing to accelerate a valuable digital transformation, leveraging a common digital thread from engineering to operations that uses performance intelligence to improve agility, reliability, and efficiency to build operational resilience and sustainability.
At a glance, in gLi we have implemented our PCS (Performance Control System) as a backbone for our excellence approach at everything across all our solutions supported by crisp and clear visual dashboards that show clear objectives and all related KPIs at all levels with actionable data. By translating and enriching operational data from the shopfloor directly to our platform in order to real process the data, which will allow the business end-users to get tailor made portals and reports: providing every role with the information required for that role – no more, no less – and providing a “single point-of-truth” and
“dynamic action management” to support the right performance dialogue: fact based, on actual data.
Our unique AM analysis technology automatically creates a detailed CIL dashboard. No special skills are required. Go viral! Bring your own CIL effectiveness to life, anywhere via browser, tablet or smartphone, which will help the maintenance engineers and shopfloor team to proactively optimize operational performance, and preventative maintenance through continuous monitoring and inspecting. With our solution, manufacturing and industrial plants can become more strategic and proactive with plant and asset maintenance.
• Machines Basic Condition is Maintained through our intelligent autonomous maintenance inspection system, which provides real-time notifications to staff
when equipment and systems inspections are needed as per LeanGo CIL algorithm data matrix.
• Maintenance Efforts become more Effective as CIL data collection acts as a round-the-clock technical assistant, identifying and providing staff via prioritized non-conformity tags and services requested of critical issues and key areas for improvement.
• Operational Efficiency is Enhanced with the consolidation of data f r o m thousands of inspections into one easy-to-use real-time App and monitoring platform.

3. LeanGo CIL
3.1 Introduction to LeanGo CIL software
CANPACK can generate valuable synergies by taking an integrated approach to implementing lean management and Industry 4.0. This integrated approach, which we call Lean Industry 4.0, is, in most cases, highly effective at addressing pain points along the supply chain and within a factory. Our CIL software establishing a joint responsibility of proactive practices, such as cleaning, inspection and lubrication (CIL) tasks with a full management for maintenance service requests across the entire shop-floor team following the world class operation manufacturing principles. That would restore CANPACK’s equipment basic conditions and increase the team’s ownership, knowledge of equipment and processes keeping the staff prealerted for anything out of basic condition before breakdown takes place.
This can only be achieved by using our lean industry 4.0 solution – LeanGo CIL which will provide everybody with the right actions to be taken to sustain the machine basic condition in place by proactively doing the right intervention at the right time.
3.2 Scope of Work (High Level Description)
3.2.A Data deployment & Selection of ‘‘quick win’’
Agnostic Vendor Support: We will implement our agile approach based on PIEV’s deployment (Problems, Issue, Expectations and Value). We will use case-based experiences to stimulate discussion through Performing a ‘’day on shopfloor’’ drill to identify performance bottlenecks and assesa the overall operation basic condition.
3.2.B Going In-Depth on selected bottlenecks
Know in Advance: Identify and develop the software prerequisites before going into operation quickly to provide breakdown estimates and a high-level project plan with a full benefit estimation to create the KPI’s that will be used as improvement monitoring measure to agree on CANPACK ROI (return of investment) timeline.
3.2.C Restore to basic conditions
Good State: The entire crew will work jointly with LeanGo Shop-floor Services to restore CANPACK machines to basic condition as a first essential step before starting to modify the easy to open easy to improve the inspection visibility, then together will map the CIL steps on shop-floor to rearrange the inspection route with full identification for the needed cleaning and inspection tools per each machine station.
3.2.D LeanGo CIL software database feeds
Unique AI database: The identified check points and shop-floor mapping data will be entered into LeanGo CIL software database which will generate a smart QR code per each single point which will be supported by artificial intelligence (AI) based on the data-driven backdata analysis algorithm to take a self-decision of increasing/decreasing the CIL frequency per each point to keep your team focused on the source of non-conformities until elimination.
After that, your entire team will have a detailed shopfloor training before starting to receive a Realtime notification for cleaning, inspection and lubrication checks as per the required AI schedule asking them to scan the point QR physically on shop-floor and answer the questions In addition they will learn how to use the maintenance service request module as an integrated management from fault detection to assignment and execution of work orders adding value to the day-to-day work of each maintenance and operation department.
3.2.E Deploy software dashboard based on PCS
Team performance control system: The first step in improving operational efficiency is to get the right information Anytime, and Anywhere. No more guessing. Get the Information You Need: Your equipment can tell you what is happening continuously. You need a system that filters the disparate data into critical information in a single concise view.
Find the information you need quickly and easily: The structured navigation features also give you the ability to analyze your existing alarms, and historical data, allowing you to add the necessary context to your existing data, no matter the source; One source of the truth! The built-in intelligence capability captures your key process indicators and equipment relationships forming plant wide and asset level detailed displays.
Assets and processes are tracked using key performance indicators: These indicators allow users to be notified of information and alert conditions and trends, that may be occurring. Our solution tracks and trends all key performance indicators from many systems and provides all level start of management team to operators with the tools to view current and historical data and make informed decisions.

11 Governance
Governance focuses on those steps where greater care and consideration will reduce the risk of missing performance expectations. Successful governance begins with a carefully considered authorization process, ensuring that critical aspects of the project are clearly defined and understood prior to the project initiation, which are:
Scope: All parties must have a clear understanding and agreement with regard to the scope of the initiative. Clarification of any ambiguities should be done before agreements of budgets and timeline are completed.
Risks: Potential risks should be identified, tracked, and ultimately mitigated. The customer should be involved in determining how to best mitigate risks when they arise.
Deliverables: Deliverables should be documented as a part of Project Charter, with key items clearly identified as milestones within the project plan. The work breakdown structure should organize the tasks required to complete each milestone.
Stakeholder Roles and Responsibilities: Each stakeholder involved in the project’s execution should be clearly identified as such. The ability to track requests throughout the system increases the likelihood of effective governance.
Customer requirements and due diligence (e.g., consideration of environmental factors, risk, issues, feasibility, etc.) are crucial to making certain the Global Professional Services team is meaningfully engaged in the project.
Once a project is initiated, managing, tracking, and performance measurement is essential. If a missed opportunity is discovered, quick corrective action helps to mitigate the impact. Organization will be critical to the successful management of overall project and the figure below provides a draft overview of the organization and meeting cadence. At the start of the project individuals from both CANPACK and gLi/RAWAJ will be identified and assigned to the project.
