This Privacy Policy applies to the following applications developed and operated by Global Lean Industry 4.0
(GLI), a subsidiary of GRWAN GROUP FZE:
LeanGo CIL, LeanGo HACCP, LeanGo WMS, LeanGo STM, LeanGo E&T, LeanGo MES, LeanGo Eye,
LeanGo FM, LeanGo FTE, LeanGo Trace, LeanGo ARTEX Engage (collectively the “LeanGo Platform”).
We take your privacy seriously. In order to provide you and your employer with personalized workflow software
solutions, Global Lean Industry 4.0 (GLI), a subsidiary of GRWAN GROUP FZE, and its affiliates (collectively
“LeanGo Platform”) need you to provide certain Personal Information. This Privacy Policy explains what we
collect, why, and how we use it.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be notified by email to the address in
your profile.
(a) Information you provide: Contact details, job role, and profile information you submit when registering for
or using any LeanGo application.
(b) Automatically collected: IP address, device type, operating system, and access timestamps recorded
while you use our services.
(c) Third-party sources: Information from business partners or contractors where you have authorized them to
share it with us.
To provide the LeanGo Service and administer our business. Legal bases: your consent, our legitimate
interests, contract performance, legal obligations, and vital interests (fraud prevention, safety).
• Create and maintain your LeanGo Profile across devices
• Provide support, insights, and service recommendations
• Communicate about security, privacy, and administrative matters
• Verify legal age for service access
• Improve and test our systems and services
• Manage business operations
LeanGo does not sell or rent your Personal Information. We may share with: (i) customers to personalize their
service; (ii) service providers acting on our behalf; (iii) third parties in co-branded offerings. Disclosure may also
occur to comply with law, protect safety, or in connection with a merger or acquisition.
We use physical, technological, and procedural safeguards, including industry-standard encryption for data in
transit. No internet transmission is 100% secure; we cannot guarantee absolute security.
We operate globally. If accessing LeanGo from outside the UAE, your Personal Information may be transferred
to, stored, and processed in the UAE. We take all legally required steps to ensure adequate protection.
You may access, correct, or delete your Personal Information at any time. EEA residents also have rights to:
withdraw consent, object to or restrict processing, request data portability, and lodge a complaint with a
supervisory authority. Contact us via Section 10.
Some LeanGo applications collect location data (GPS, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, mobile network) for attendance
verification, workforce management, and operational compliance. Location data is collected only after your
explicit consent and is never used for advertising. Tracking is active only during active sessions and stops
automatically on logout or app closure. You may revoke location permission at any time in your device settings.
We retain Personal Information only as long as required to deliver our services or as mandated by law. Accounts
inactive for more than three years will have associated Personal Information deleted, unless a legal obligation
requires retention.
